An inspiring destination for design in downtown Denver, Adorn offers high-touch, personalized styling services and a selection of iconic accessories and local art to bring environments to life. Adorn was conceived as a space for designers and clients to collaborate and elevate the experience of client spaces through thoughtfully designed objects, local art, and personalized styling services. The goal was to create a retail space where designers would come to be inspired and curate the final details for any project. The result is a retail environment that is bespoke, intimate, and whimsical. The retail design and brand identity were developed in tandem with the selection of product offerings in an iterative process resulting in the holistic experience of how it feels to be in the space, view the merchandise, and engage with the brand.

With a design savvy-customer in mind, the team created an architectural point-of-view through layered levels of interest that would appeal to the design community. The space is curated into intimate vignettes and product moments that provide a narrative thread for the customer journey, fully immersing them in the design experience. The iterative arches provide visual impact in circulation spaces and connect ceiling elements to a central vignette. Vibrant colors help define individual spaces and connect the consumer to the objects on display. These dedicated areas allow for a variety of setups to help clients envision their own space and style while making selections.

Impactful experience design creates engaging interactions between users and products, services, or environments. Through modular designs and interchangeable elements, Adorn staff can quickly reconfigure spaces to host different experiences and events while offering a sustainable way to meet changing consumer demand. Custom wooden boxes organized throughout the space can be reconfigured as product displays, aligned as flat surfaces for working with customers, or serve as seating for small events. In today’s competitive environment, where brands are vying for consumers’ time and attention, the design of Adorn’s space does more than offer a great service or product; it curates a variety of experiences, bringing guests back time and time again.
